Free Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to be able to offer free gift wrapping on our smaller products. Please enter your preference into the message box at the checkout stage. We have a choice of designs and colours and would ask you to state red or gold, male, female or child.
As many of our products are made to order and / or customer specifications e.g. specific fabrics and styles, they unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty in which case we will offer a replacement.
If an order has gone into production it cannot be cancelled and we will not be able to refund all monies. Cancellations can usually be made up to 24 hours after placement of order.
For generic products ie. Not made to order or customer specials, you can return your purchase up to 14 days for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where applicable.
We will provide a return shipping label with the invoice for deliveries made be royal mail, couriers etc.
Any delivery damage for commercial clients needs to be reported at time of delivery after this time we will not be able to offer a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item(s) ordered are the correct size, colour and style and is appropriate (i.e. fits) for the designated location, this is inclusive of factors such as sizes of door frames and angles of stairwells. We can supply fabric, plastic, wood and HPL samples to ensure your item is exactly right for your location.
