Vitra Wire Chair DKW-2

Wire Chair DKW-2 with bikini pad by Charles & Ray Eames for Vitra. Stunning wire side chair with wooden base. The Wire Chair is a variation on the organically shaped one-piece seat shell, in its most transparent form. The seat, designed in the same way as the Vitra DSR and DSW chairs, is made fully from moulded and welded steel wire, which is then powder coated in basic dark.

The Vitra Eames Wire Chair DKW-2 features a wood leg base like the DSW and DAW chairs, available in golden maple, dark maple or black maple. The Wire Chair DKW-2 features an upholstered seat and back pad in either Vitra 'Hopsak' fabric or Leather and is available in many different colours.
